The Subtle Art of
Letting Go

It is human nature to hold on. Be it a job or relationship or circumstance, it is our first instinct to continue with it and go with the flow. Status quo is a comfort zone. Knowing when to let go is one of the strongest yet subtlest feeling. For it brings with it heavy baggage which is mostly emotional. When there is stagnation , lack of communication, no positive energy, basically nothing to look forward to one pro-actively mend it by clear communication and action. Else, let go. It may begin as a faint voice inside the head and get louder over time. Even if the faint voice is consistent, it is indication to release all the trapped energy and move on. The next time you feel you are walking down a never-ending dreary road, it is time to let go. Worth a thought?
